2 nd Annual Calla Romance Writing Contest
Terms and Conditions

By submitting and signing the Entry form and Agreement, the contestant represents and warrants the following to Nelson Jewellery USA (the “Sponsor”) and agrees that the contestant is the sole author and creator of the submission.
The contestant must own all copyright and other legal rights to the Submission; there are no encumbrances or other charges held by another party. The Submission has not been previously published in any medium, and none of its contents includes any previously created material.
The contestant understands that there is no guarantee or promise that the Submission will win the contest. In the event that the Submission is chosen as one of the contest winners, the contestant hereby grants the Sponsor an irrevocable, non exclusive, royalty-free license to publish the Submission in any medium or form for an undisclosed length of time.
The contestant understand that the Sponsor reserves the right to keep all original materials submitted with regards to the love story contest, and will have the right at any time to change the story to meet the Sponsor’s marketing prerequisites.
The contestant understands if the contestant’s submission win, the contestant will be responsible for travel arrangements to and from the prize ceremony to receive the prize. the contestant warrant Nelson Jewellery USA’s the use of photography at the ceremony for marketing purposes. Prize ceremony will be held at the Calla Cut retailer that the contestant have listed in the form.
The contestant agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its related companies, affiliates, officers, employees and agents for any losses, damages and expenses, including legal cost arising from any claims or causes of action relating to the submission or the participation in the contest i.e. travel cost to and from the prize ceremony.
The contestant must be 18 years of age or older, able to read and understand all terms and condition listed. The contestant must sign in the entry form to indicate his/her representation that the above is true and agree with the above terms.
